XIAMEN, China, Aug. 16, 2026 — Kehua participated in the Electric Power Information and Communication Technology Conference 2026 (EPIC 2026) as one of the event’s principal co-organizers, presenting its coordinated computing, power and cooling approach for AI data center infrastructure in the power sector.

The conference brought together representatives from State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, power companies at the provincial and municipal levels, universities, research institutes and technology providers. Discussions focused on power communications, artificial intelligence and computing infrastructure for the power sector.
During the keynote forum, Du Wei, Kehua’s chief technical engineer, delivered a presentation on using closer coordination among computing resources, power systems and cooling to build AI-ready computing infrastructure for the power sector.
Demand for computing capacity continues to grow across applications such as large AI models for the power sector, intelligent dispatch, renewable energy integration and equipment monitoring. As power-sector computing projects move from planning into engineering deployment and large-scale construction, coordinating the expansion of computing capacity with power supply and cooling has become a key industry concern.

As more intelligent computing centers and dispatch computing facilities enter construction, traditional power supply and cooling architectures are becoming less suited to the requirements of AI computing clusters.
GPU rack power requirements are rising toward megawatt levels, while mission-critical power operations require uninterrupted supply and millisecond-level response to load changes. High-density computing also creates significantly higher heat loads. Meanwhile, separately designed computing, power distribution and cooling systems can lead to disconnected scheduling, higher energy consumption and limited expansion capacity.
Du noted that expanding computing capacity, upgrading power systems or improving cooling in isolation cannot address these challenges at their source. Aligning power delivery and cooling capacity with computing demand is therefore essential to reducing energy consumption, improving operating efficiency and building a highly reliable computing foundation for the power sector.
Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in the power industry, Kehua has developed an AIDC solution based on three dimensions of coordination: computing and power, computing and cooling, and cooling and power.

For computing and power coordination, Kehua provides a full-stack range of AC and DC power architectures. Its new 200 kW high-density power module supports up to 1.2 MW per cabinet, helping reduce equipment footprint and respond rapidly to frequent fluctuations in AI computing loads.
For large-scale intelligent computing clusters, Kehua’s WisePower Series Power Pod integrates transformers, UPS systems and power distribution equipment. The modular design can reduce space requirements by more than 30% and shorten delivery time by more than 60%, supporting the reliable operation of large data centers and intelligent computing centers.
For computing and cooling coordination, Kehua offers air-cooled and liquid-cooled micro-modular data center solutions for different computing densities and deployment stages. The liquid-cooled modular solution uses factory-preinstalled and pre-commissioned components to enable plug-and-play deployment. The design can improve delivery speed by 50% and support per-rack heat loads above 15 kW. AI-based automatic optimization and intelligent monitoring further support more efficient operations and maintenance.
For cooling and power coordination, Kehua integrates product-level intelligent control with platform-based centralized operations and maintenance. The power system responds to AI load fluctuations at the millisecond level, while the cooling system adjusts cooling capacity at the minute level according to demand. By sharing data through the management platform, the power and cooling systems work together to maintain stable GPU cluster operations and continuously optimize PUE.
Kehua has applied its coordinated computing, power and cooling technologies across multiple grid infrastructure projects.

For an information equipment room project at State Grid Ningxia Information & Telecommunication Company, six Kehua prefabricated power module systems were deployed to support uninterrupted computing loads. The project reduced equipment-room footprint by 30% and shortened the construction period by more than 50%, while establishing a standardized model for coordinated power and cooling infrastructure.
At a new facility for State Grid Hunan’s Hengyang Power Supply Company, four Kehua integrated micro-modular data center systems were installed to support computing infrastructure for power dispatch and control. The deployment combines redundant UPS power, precision cooling and centralized intelligent management, allowing power supply and cooling capacity to adjust dynamically to computing loads.
Kehua’s technologies have also been applied in additional grid-side data centers and customer service facilities, as well as generation-side intelligent computing centers.
Kehua will continue advancing coordinated computing, power and cooling technologies while working with industry partners to support the highly reliable, lower-carbon and standardized deployment of power-sector computing infrastructure. By extending these technologies across more power-sector scenarios, Kehua aims to strengthen the digital foundation for the ongoing transformation of power systems.
