Kehua has fully upgraded the modular precision power distribution cabinet to better suit highdensity AI computing scenarios. Each cabinet with 2N architecture supports up to 6 power distribution modules, each rated at 150 kW with a height of only 6U —— delivering maximum computing power within a minimal footprint.

The solution supports N/2N distribution architectures, with outputs compatible with both single-phase and three-phase power, enabling flexible expansion on demand. The maximum input current per 2N cabinet reaches 750A, ensuring stable power supply for computing loads.

Centralized 3D visual management delivers a 1:1 digital twin of the room layout, with zoned alarm correlation for rapid fault localization and clear accountability.

Adapts to Complex Conditions
The micro-modular combines robust adaptability to complex environments with versatile computing capacity. It is suitable for complex industrial environment with extreme temperature, high humidity and heavy dust, ensuring long-term, stable operation of computing systems.

Stable Operation under Wide Temperature and High Humidity Conditions
To cope with extreme temperature variations in some regions, the product features a wide operating temperature design（-40℃~+50℃）and the in row air conditioners support extreme temperature operation. Built-in intelligent frequency regulation technology and an ultra low temperature delayed startup strategy effectively ensure stable equipment operation and extend service life.

For high-humidity environments, the micro-modular aisle monitors humidity in real time, accurately collects condensation risk data and provides early warnings. The air conditioning system supports reliable dehumidification at 10% low load, and adopts intelligent rotation scheduling to balance unit loads, preventing equipment damage and reducing wear.

Closed-Loop Dust Protection
For high-dust areas, WiseAisle 8.0 continuously collects indoor and outdoor dust concentration data through real-time monitoring to dynamically sense environmental changes. Intelligent micro positive pressure control maintains positive pressure inside the enclosure to block external dust infiltration. Coupled with an automatic dust removal system via return air, it forms a complete closed loop, achieving “zero dust intrusion and self-purification”.
